Adjustable intensity actually worksBought this for my AR pistol build, didn't want to spend SureFire money on a range toy. The adjustable intensity is the selling point twist the bezel and output changes smoothly, not stepped like most lights. Low setting is perfect for indoor navigation without blinding myself. Medium works for 50-yard identification. High is genuinely bright, probably not 900 lumens but plenty for my 100-yard range. The adjustment is analog, no clicks, just smooth transition. Takes some practice to set by feel. Mounted on a cheap offset mount, held zero through 500 rounds. Switch is momentary and constant, tail cap design. No accidental activations in my case. Finish is holding up, no rust despite humid summers.
Smooth intensity adjustment actually useful
Solid mount compatibilityBattery life on high is short (expected)
