Rifles
Bolt-Action • AR-15 Receivers • FFL Transfer Required
New rifles transferred through your local FFL, plus the deepest catalog of rifle parts, magazines, and ammunition for the platforms that actually need spares. Bolt-action centerfire rifles in .223 / 5.56, AR-15 lower receivers for shooters building from a stripped-receiver up, and the parts and magazines that support 18+ rifle platforms — AR-15, AK-47, M14 / M1A, M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, Ruger 10/22, Mini-14, FAL, HK G3, Mosin-Nagant, SKS, and more — whether or not you bought the rifle from us.
Rifles at Keep Shooting
Keep Shooting is a federally licensed FFL dealer carrying a focused selection of new rifles — bolt-action centerfire and AR-15 lower receivers in current inventory — alongside the deepest catalog of rifle parts, magazines, and ammunition in the American market. New-firearm purchases ship to your selected local FFL dealer for the standard background check and transfer process; parts, magazines, accessories, and ammunition ship directly from our US warehouse to your door.
In-Stock Rifles
Current rifle inventory is anchored by two practical builds. The Savage Axis SR in .223 Remington is a budget-priced bolt-action rifle with a threaded muzzle for suppressor or muzzle-device mounting — the kind of platform that shooters who want a quiet, accurate, and inexpensive .223 deer or coyote rifle are actually buying. Savage's AccuTrigger gives the Axis SR a user-adjustable trigger pull that competes with rifles costing twice as much, and the .223 chambering pairs cleanly with the .223 / 5.56 ammunition we stock from PMC, Federal, and Hornady.
For AR-15 builders we carry the Anderson Manufacturing AR-15 lower receiver as the FFL-transfer foundation for a custom AR build. Anderson Manufacturing produces some of the most cost-effective mil-spec lowers on the American market — same forged 7075 T6 aluminum, same dimensional tolerances, and same compatibility with every standard AR-15 upper, lower parts kit, and stock as the more expensive forged-lower brands. Pair the Anderson lower with our AR-15 parts catalog (lower parts kits, hammer springs, buffer tubes, charging handles, takedown pins) and our AR-15 magazines from Magpul, ProMag, and KCI USA to complete the build.
Rifle Parts & Magazines — 18+ Platforms Supported
Most of our rifle business runs through the parts and magazines catalog rather than the firearm transfer side. We support every common American and surplus rifle platform with OEM and quality aftermarket components: the AR-15, the long-action AR-10 / SR-25 in .308, the military M16 / M4, the AK-47 in 7.62x39 with Saiga and Vepr variants, the Cold War battle rifles (FN FAL, HK G3, M14 / M1A), WWII iconics (M1 Garand in .30-06, M1 Carbine in .30 Carbine), American sporting rifles (Ruger 10/22, Mini-14 / Mini-30, Marlin, Remington 700/7400), and Soviet bolt-action (Mosin-Nagant, SKS). See the Shop by Firearm hub for the complete list with quick-jump links to each platform's parts and magazines pages.
Rifle Ammunition
For shooters who already own a rifle and need feed for it, the rifle ammunition catalog covers .223 / 5.56, .308 / 7.62 NATO, .30-06 Springfield, .30 Carbine, .300 Blackout, and the full surplus-cartridge inventory (7.5 Swiss, 8mm Mauser) from Federal, Winchester, Hornady, PMC, Sellier & Bellot, PPU, and CCI. Bolt-action hunters will find Federal Fusion bonded JSP and Power-Shok soft-points; AR-15 owners get PMC X-TAC 5.56 and Federal American Eagle FMJ; surplus-rifle shooters get the increasingly rare 7.5 Swiss, 8mm Mauser, and .30 Carbine cartridges that bigger retailers usually drop when supply gets tight.
FFL Transfer Process
New-firearm purchases on this site ship to your designated local FFL dealer, who handles the ATF Form 4473 background check and transfers the rifle to you in person. You'll select your local FFL during checkout and pay the dealer's standard transfer fee (typically $25–$50) when you pick up the rifle. We don't ship rifles directly to consumers — this is federal law for any firearm transfer across state lines, and Keep Shooting follows it strictly. Parts, magazines, accessories, and ammunition are not regulated under the same framework and ship directly from our warehouse to your home.
